Terms and Conditions

Bookings


You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in the text or email confirming your booking is being processed. We will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will email you an amended sales receipt.


We do not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.


We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. We will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if three hours check in time was not allowed.


Bookings made on the following dates will be subject to an additional surcharge on published prices: 24, 25, 26, 31st December & 1st January, other days may also be affected. These prices will be posted on our web site at the time a quotation is requested, this information is also available when booking through our call centre.


Pricing Policy:


Prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and amount of passengers travelling taken into consideration. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.


Journeys that begin outside our normal operating area will require payment in advance.


Waiting Time:


We do not charge for the 1st half hour's waiting time after the plane has landed. However if the passenger is stuck in immigration or has lost luggage we would have to charge waiting at £20/hr pro rota.


Tolls:


Bridge Tolls are not included in the on line quotes. The driver will ask you for the money. 


Cancellation and Refunds:


Bookings cancelled before the vehicle has been dispatched will be refunded in full. If you don't notify us prior to your booking dispatch time there will be no refund. To cancel a booking please call or email us with your booking details. If you do not receive an email from us confirming the cancellation we have not received it. In this case please call our office.


Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys. No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport. All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed directly with customer services. Emails are usually responded to within 10 Hours.
