  • Can I book for an asap pick up?

    A. Yes,  please call our office or download our booking app

  • Will I receive confirmation of my booking

    Yes, When You book using the app you will receive a confirmation email of your booking and you can track your driver. 

  • Do I get a receipt

    Yes, Your confirmation email and your driver can also supply a copy.

  • How do I pay

    Either Cash to your driver or by card via the app.

  • Can I pay by card using the App

    Yes you have a choice of cash or card.

  • Can i book at any time of day

    Because of driver availability, we work between 06.00 and 18.00

  • Where do I meet my driver.

     Your driver will contact you on the mobile number you provided if he can't find you.

  • What if i want to cancel

    Bookings cancelled before the driver has been dispatched will be refunded in full. If you don't notify us prior to your booking time there will be no refund.

  • What is your Privacy Policy

    Information you give to us is used to fulfill your booking/s request. We do not disclose any personal information to an outside party unless required in law to do so. Visit our Privacy page for full information.
