- Payment Cycle: All accounts are operated on a monthly payment term.
- Pricing & VAT: Fares are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. A 10% administration charge is applied to all monthly accounts.
- Invoicing: Clients will receive a detailed monthly PDF invoice via email. This statement provides a comprehensive breakdown of each journey, including driver identification, passenger name, pickup, and drop-off address.
